The bad ratings is for the provider not caring about my health the last 3 times I have seen her. I had to find a different GI specialist so they could order a colonoscopy & endoscopy which dr. Burgess should have ordered a year ago when I saw her for the same issue. Very disappointed with how my health was handled here. When I have a condition that has made me lose 3 jobs because of these recurring stomach problems and lost quality of life, I would expect a health care professional to take me seriously when this has affected... read more
Unable to contact the Gastroenterology department for the past several months after receiving a referral from my UW primary care. The scheduling department tries to call but states that department does not answer. Messages left by my doctor and myself. The survey after the call doesn't allow for accurate feedback.
Had my Colonoscopy today the staff was just warm and welcoming I had Especially the nurse Rebecca She kept my mind at ease And Doctor Jacobs was great Along with his sedation nurse and his medical assistant I don't remember their names but they were great as well I highly recommend them
