I usually have a great experience for the most part folks are kind and they care. Until recently when a nurse named James plasky neglected to give me proper care. Not only did he refuse to give me a TB test he lied and said they don’t do them. There were recommendations in my after summary visit that we never spoke about. Took my 11 month old to urgent care today and was out of there in a hour (which is how long some scheduled appointments take these days) Dr. Khot was attentive and seemed to genuinely care about my daughter and helping her get better. It was my first time having to take a child to urgent care so was not in the best state of mind. The staff made it go as smooth as possible and I am very grateful for all of the health professionals out there.
Absolutely horrible from check into leaving. Saw 3 people- none of them did a thing. I waited around, wasted my time, and literally left with ZERO support. Unreal.
My first time visiting this facility and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Knowledgeable and helpful people at every stop I made. The doctor was very good. This is a great place!
