I would do negative 5 stars if I could. The customer service is AWFUL. Anytime I have ever called they are very short and rude it’s really disgusting how they talk to their patients. No one forced you to work here so stop acting like it and have some god damn manners
I Ubered my boyfriend to this urgent care who was suffering from the most excruciating pain of his life. They insisted that he should take Tylenol when what he needed was immediate relief pain shooting down his right side from a seized up piriformis muscle. He could neither walk, nor sit, nor stand, nor lay down. He was almost curled up backwards in pain and you tell him take Tylenol???? I should have gone to the ER. That was my bad. The provider did not offer any real treatment for my condition. The exam was extremely quick, and I left without any relief. I ended up having to go to another clinic a day and a half later, where I finally received proper care. The lack of treatment here caused unnecessary discomfort and made the visit feel pointless
