I appreciated how quick, efficient, and professional it was.
I had a great experience here late Saturday afternoon. Each staff member went above and beyond: check-in, nurse, and doctor. At check-in in the Respiratory waiting area, I appreciated that I was told the expected wait time and at which clinic I could find a much shorter expected wait. I chose to stay and was out in less than the expected time. I was shocked to be called in for triage within ten minutes. I love an experience of ‘under-promise and over-deliver’. Thank you!
