Went in with a severe cold. Was tested for covid and strep. Two days in a row I has to call to learn they were negative. Then never followed up or prescribed any medicine. There was no communication after leaving the building. Will never be going here again.
Poor communication, poor business practice. I was seen for foot care on the last visit. I was approached by the technician in reference to being overdue for vaccines. When asked if they could be giving during the appointment I was not informed that I would be held responsible for payment all the various vaccines being given. One was $450.00.
