Surgical staff is fantastic but hospital staff not so much. I felt like I was bothering them every time I pushed the button to get help. I had to ask them to take my vitals and for my pills every time. My IV went dry and was beeping for an hour my wife went to check on them and someone was sitting at a desk by my door playing on a personal cell phone. Everything at the UW Health University Hospital worked so efficiently. I was greeted by staff ready to direct me upon entering the building. I completed my intake paperwork the night before my appointment and was able to check in using my myChart QR code at a kiosk. I arrived at the Plastic Surgery Clinic about 10 minutes before my appointment and was called back right on time. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. Overall I am impressed! Dr. Bentz is one of the best physicians in any specialty that I’ve doctored with. He’s smart, kind, open to discussion and personable. His retirement will be a loss to UW.
