While I didn't get the answers I wanted from the team, I must say that Dr. Cho is an amazing human being. He acknowledged my grievances from my condition and former surgeon who should've never been in practice. Dr. Cho went beyond his clinical notes and connected me with colleagues in my home state who plan to help. I'd certainly put my trust in UW plastics.
Nurses, doctors, persons at registration desk were helpful on the day of surgery for my spouse. The nursing staff provided detailed, clear instructions for at home aftercare I had concerns about what I thought was a possible emergency very early the next morning. I was able to speak with the on duty Resident at a way too early hour for me to be calm and rational. Preop visit remotely was very convenient. The person who called me provided great info on an upcoming surgery. She listened well and answered my questions in a kind manner. Thank you .
