First of all I thought my appointment was at East Park Blvd and signed in and found out we're at the wrong site. We're supposed to be at 600 Highland Drive, OOPS! So we're over half an hour away and going to be late. So I called UW about our circumstances and this was a preliminary surgery appointment to go over everything before surgery in less than 2 weeks out. They were very understanding and let me come late and fit me in there schedule! That was awesome and so was everyone I encountered.
I was extremely impressed with everyone in the urology department! They were all so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. The care I received was outstanding!
All aspects of my visit (except parking) were excellent.
