I was greeted at the entry by a very helpful man who gave me precise directions to where I needed to go. The check in process was simple and the individual who helped us was very friendly. We had a second check in at the specific clinic we were visiting and that went well, also. The nurse who saw us was very knowledgeable and gave us a thorough explanation of our options. The one hangup I had was that when dealing with our younger son, the nurse wasn't very patient. This caused more resistance from him than would have happen... read more
