My husband and I felt Dr Pham and nurse Cee exceeded expectations in our recent visit to a cardiac appointment -we realize most doctors and nurses are overwhelmed with so many patients but felt both were so polite attentive and answered all questions which in modern healthcare is exceptional and we felt their medical knowledge and medical skills scored gold stars in the four pillars of patient experience Environment Expectations Care and Value-
Both my wife and I were very impressed with Dr Pham and Cee -we both thought they were superior medical staff to many and actually enjoyed our visit to the doctor which is not always the case-we look forward to our annual visit
The heart failure team was great. Dr.Topkara spent a great amount of time with patient. All questions answered and explained in detail where patient understood. Also never felt rushed. Very good experience.
I was amazed by the amount of time Dr. Murray spent with me. He was very thorough and kind.
