Called to schedule an appointment. Very first thing out of the person answering the phone's mouth (clearly a man) is their name followed by "my pronouns are she/her." The last thing I need when I'm facing a life threatening situation after months of misery is your mental illness foisted upon me. The conversation was wholly revolving around my situation anyways.
