Patient relations refuses to answer their phone.
Every time I come here when I am in a emotionally stressful or life or death situation some staff mainly two woman I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with had ego problems and unfortunately made my bad/tragic situation worse. I filed a complaint but nothing was investigated and if it was it wasn’t done properly because I was victim blamed and treated horribly. I will NEVER come to this facility again. The lack of courtesy, concern and empathy was ASTOUNDING.
Been here since 7am one excuse after another. Since this was over 2 hrs of a ride to a different hospital, cause I was caring for a family member I was out of town. I’d rather drive the 2 hrs than to deal with such arrogant people. I left and will never return. I fell had chest pains and hit my head, still couldn’t be seen at a decent time and I’m retired
I have been sitting for almost 7 hours and have not been seen with cardiac issues
Wait time incredibly long, employees and nurses incredibly rude and don't care about getting you in and out. Been here for four hours with nothing done yet
