All of the staff is great, especially Monica. Always kind, professional and they do their best.
Why are they not answering my calls? And not returning my calls back either. This isn’t used to be like this. I called last year for my first OB appointment and had no problems. But this year, I guess I need to go to a different place.
From the front desk staff, to the nurse checking me in to the wonderful NP Samantha Wagner, you couldn't ask for better staff! They were all welcoming, professional and made me feel comfortable during my visit.
