Everyone was professional yet friendly, Dr Leonard, whom is a very thorough, professional, and very friendly. He explained my back issues and what course of action could be taken and explained the pros and cons of each one. If you want an intelligent professional doctor who is friendly and witty, Dr Leonard is who you want.
I’m not sure how UW health in general gets such high ratings! Maybe people are rating after they actually see someone? But that’s the trick, getting in. I had one appointment last year was scheduled 7 months out. Only for them to tell me they scheduled me for the wrong specialist and rescheduled me for 4 months later. So almost a year before I saw anyone! I had another specialist appointment 2 weeks from now and got a call today saying it was canceled and they can get me back in, in about 3 months! Absolutely everyone I came in contact with from start to finish has been exceptionally courteous kind concern and I could go on and on they were fantastic
All I want to do is get better and ask a doctor about my muscles and what I can do to get back to being a working nurse and someone who exercised daily. But they choose to ignore my needs and they are actively making me disabled by not hearing what I need to communicate about my health.
