I saw Dr Ferguson and his fellow Dr on Sep 2024. It was supposed to be a pulmonology related appt. But they both were much more concerned about something else that they noticed on my CT. I was without a family Dr at the time. The entire staff took me under their wing and ordered test after test trying to help me with a diagnosis. They called several times to check on me at home. First visit. A bit overwhelming. Greeter at the door was absolutely heaven sent. Knew where I needed to go and stayed with me until I was registered. I felt signage could be a little clearer. I'll be back and next time should be easier although it will be different destinations.
The appointment was on time and everyone was so friendly. The after appointment scheduling was quick and accommodating!
Very helpful interactions with all the people I met . I felt very confident in the clinicians.
They were easy to understand. The tests were good Mikal was easy to talk to. Really like the way she explained my options.
