We can't always get to the doctor during the day and this clinic has bailed us out several times when we need a late appointment. They are open until 8pm which is a life saver. Service is quick, our son had an ear infection and they saw to him within minutes of arrival.
We were also turned away. We are registered with UW Health, but because our doctor is a family doctor and not titled a pediatrician, they turned away a 7 year old boy with a 104 temp and pulmonary issues. If it wouldn't have popped up on my Google search as urgent care, I wouldn't have wasted time stopping there. This clinic should really consider NOT classifying itself in any way as an urgent care. They DO NOT take all patients and you NEED an appointment. These 2 things are not in alignment with "urgent care".
