Everyone that I have been involved with has been extremely knowledgeable and caring.
Receptionist plays games "oh we see your prescription but our doctors will review it once a week to see if it meets standards. We can schedule but if it's not been approved you'll need to pay out of pocket " (OK FINE) "oh wait sorry I can't schedule an appointment".... 1/2 HOUR of this nonsense, only to suggest I call patient relations.....RIDICULOUS
Dr. Nickel and his resident were prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, and understanding. They listened to my concerns, but they also gave me a reality check. I'm not excited about needing a new hip, but I trust them to do it.
