I had been on a waiting list at UW Health Neurology for a year. I need to see a Movement Disorder Specialist. Because my symptoms are getting worse and I have not secured an appointment with UW Health, I was referred to a neurology clinic in Appleton. Unfortunately, they don't have a Movement Disorder Specialist in Appleton so I saw an MD. Since I had one appointment with a Neurologist in Appleton who is NOT a Movement Disorder Specialist, my referral to the UW-Health Neurology Clinic has been denied.
