If I could leave 0 stars I would. My dad and I arrived on time for his appointment. We went to registration where it was noted they could not find a prior authorization. After 15 min, and a phone call, UW was able to determine the prior authorization was not appropriately loaded due to an Issue on their end, they fixed the issue and we made our way back to Neurology. I had an appointment I arrived on time, I went to register and the gal said they hadn’t received the insurance referral paperwork from my doctor. I told her that was impossible. UW registration demanded I sign documents accepting financial responsibility. I refused.My doctor specifically told me that all the paperwork had been submitted. I had a couple appointments here before they could not keep an appointment, after having me do a CT scan and telling me they'd go over the results at my next appointment. (Which I never got) I asked to speak with the manager because I need to have a doctor that will take my case seriously as I have a very serious condition. It took 6 months for Tammy to call me and when she did it was the absolute nightmare of a conversation. She was extremely unprofessional, rude and should not work with people! I had been on a waiting list at UW Health Neurology for a year. I need to see a Movement Disorder Specialist. Because my symptoms are getting worse and I have not secured an appointment with UW Health, I was referred to a neurology clinic in Appleton. Unfortunately, they don't have a Movement Disorder Specialist in Appleton so I saw an MD.
