I received an email the morning of this 3:00pm appt. confirming it. As I pulled into the parking lot I got another email asking if I had arrived. I checked in with a receptionist and was told they’d be with me shortly. I waited about 10 minutes and was called back to the desk only to be informed that the doctor was out of the office for the afternoon and that they had tried to reach me in the morning to inform me.
