Worse experience ever. I waited 4 months for this appointment to be dismissed in about 10 minutes with sorry can't help you and out the door before I could even respond with a question.
I always get my ears cleaned by Jessica. She is very professional and at the same time has a great personality.
Treated with respect and listened to my concerns. Explained my condition to me so I could understand it.
Everyone was very nice and efficient!
The receptionists are always kind and greet us with a smile every visit. The nursing staff is also very friendly and always introduce themselves which means something these days. Jessica is absolutely wonderful to work with! She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and goes over everything with us. We’ve been working with her for a couple years and I highly recommend her.
