Very quick and thorough with appointments.
I’m quite confident in the staff, professional approach and ability to resolve my medical issues. What I didn’t like is sitting in a room for 55 minutes without ever being checked on and then having the lights turn off on me due to no activity in the room - quite frightening and frustrating! Management needs to take the blame for my bad experience, not the staff of qualified individuals!

I had a consultation to discuss a specific procedure with a doctor, and I requested an estimate for the procedure, which was approved. After the procedure was performed, UW Health billed me more than double the estimated amount (nothing to do with insurance). The doctor verified that the service received matched the service discussed during consultation, and a billing code was entered incorrectly or missed during the estimating process.
