I’ve never been so angry and disappointed with a visit to UW Health in my life. I went in for an MRI on my right knee which was injured in a fall. I’ve had three severe falls in less than a year and been battling a horrible back injury and now a knee injury. The initial nurse I met with was wonderful. She was kind and accommodating; very friendly. I wish I could say the same for the radiology department. I was taken back to the MRI room and met with an ice cold reception.
