Appointments on time. Worked with orthopedist. She is very good. Has a good attitude, cheerful, knowledgeable.
I was seen for obtaining custom orthotics for hallux rigidus. The pedorthist told me the cost and my insurance would not cover the cost I decided not to get the orthotic but he shared an OTC brand and additional very useful information anyway. His professionalism was impressive and appreciated.
My visit was great! The staff are very helpful, experienced, and full filled my questions. Most of my problems were taken care and hopefully on the next visit everything will be done for all awhile! I would recommend this staff to anybody and everyone who have prosthetics because good trained staff are hard to find. Trust me I know from experience. Before coming here I had visited at least 8 other locations which were not helpful not like this staff who actually made me a great fitting prosthetic!
Staff made me feel as though I was the only patient that day. They gave me full attention and I felt comfortable and positive when leaving.
