Over the past 20+ years I have had the pleasure of working with a team of doctors who have helped my take a wholistic approach to my overall medical and physical health. Through various health insurance plans and medical needs UW Health has been there for me and at times helped me navigating everything from Pre-Authorizations to Diagnosis and Treatment. I truly believe I am getting the best healthcare.
I usually have a good experience. I am incredibly glad to report that the MA who greeted me actually introduced himself and stated that he was an MA. Not everyone is that professional. So kudos to him.
