Outstanding customer/patient care from reception, assistant, procedure nurse and gastroenterologist. I felt welcomed, heard informed and cared for every step. It’s not likely that level of consistency of care was luck. Yes, I waited about 30 minutes between initial prep and the colonoscopy, but given how booked they are, no team would want to risk getting off schedule for a patient running late.
