I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the care I received at your dermatology clinic on February 20th. While I understand that schedules can run behind, my appointment began 45 minutes late and felt incredibly rushed. The doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me and asked very few questions. I’m very frustrated about my most recent visit to this hospital. I brought my son for a routine dermatology check-up, and during the visit, I briefly asked the doctor a question about my own skin. The doctor prescribed a cream for me, and afterward, I received two separate bills, one for my son and one for myself. Even worse, my bill was more than $360, much higher than my son’s.
