the therapist pushed hard on my knee cap when it hasnt been 6weeks after total knee replacement surgery and caused lots of pain to my left knee. My left knee is still healing from the surgery. I'm not a very happy person about it, so I do not want to go back there!
All the staff are pleasant and friendly. The Therapists are attentive and supportive of my need to getting better, giving suggestions and support so I may achieve my goal .
Went in for my 1st appointment today. The check in was nice. Pleasant lady check me in. On check out she scheduled all my appointments for the duration of time I'll be Rockford. Meet with my physical therapist, Holly. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative
