Dr Alaa is hasty and rude at best. Never let me finish a complete sentence without interrupting. Acting as if he had better things to do. Wanted to do things his way without listening to my concerns and by looking at my imaging instead of asking me how I felt. No proper education on what he was going to do and where. I ended up with trigger point injections. He came in and prepped the needle and didn’t even feel where he was putting the medicine. I made an appointment and waited two months to get in. Two weeks before the appointment they tell me I can't see the doctor they scheduled me for because my doctor wanted me to see someone else and I would have to wait two more months to see this doctor. For a pain management clinic to make someone wait for months is pretty sad
From scheduling to being seen is nothing short of an excellent experience. EVERYONE in clinic was extremely kind!!! Highly recommend.
