Noel needs to go she is condescending towards her patients as a nurse practitioner she should have good bedside manner. My father drove an hour and half for a follow up appointment and In the two minutes that she stopped to check on him non of his questions were answered and all she kept doing was rolling her eyes with unnecessary attitude with high level of arrogance as nice as the staff is in this location experiencing her as a practitioner leaves a horrible sense of feeling by her patients. The Orthopedic PA was very personable, listened to me explain my situation, and gave me lots of info to make an educated decision about my healthcare.
Today's appointment went very well mainly because I was seen at my scheduled time. We talked about my issues and options. When I left the appointment the receptionists got on the phone to help schedule my next follow up appointment. Thank you all.
