The audiologist was knowledgeable and helpful.
The provider and audiologist were both very professional and knowledgeable. My appointment went well and they gave me a lot of information and answered all my questions.
She was a competent audiologist as she tested my hearing. The results will be interpreted by a different provider, so I have to teturn—and pay—again.
Most important thing is they were able to get me in at the ENT clinic the day after I called for an urgent ear problem. I was very happy with that! Staff was friendly and efficient, I was seen in a timely manner, And I really like Christie King, who took care of me. Good job by the whole team!
