On 04/23 I sent an e-mail about setting up a small business checking account for a new business. I received a response the next afternoon from Michael D** asking for me to answer some questions and to e-mail them back to him. He said he would be going on a 2-week vacation starting the 27th and included Eliseo L********* in the thread to handle things when he, Michael, was gone. Sub par customer service. Never been treated so poorly as a person.
Excellent online and mobile banking offered. And importantly, for the second time, they immediately caught and stopped fraudulent charges, notified me by phone, and I was free from any liability of these charges. Also, I have never had a negative experience in person at any of the locations I have visited. So glad I switched to this credit union!
