Horrible, Horrible, Horrible customer service!! Challenge to get an appointment, was 7 minutes late to my appointment and then told I have to reschedule!!! Are you kidding me? You had no problem making ME wait over 20 minutes last time. This is not the first "bad" experience I've had at this clinic. You have a job because of patients like me. So much for your staff being dedicated to providing a great customer experience!!!! Aurora you just earned a new family!!!
