I have had difficulties with a lack of communication. I have to call every day to get the information I need. They do nothing on their part to help me. I have gone multiple weeks without medication because there's something they didnt tell me I needed. Sometimes I go 90 days without seeing them and I still get a refill, or they tell me the day before that I cant get a refill and I need to get an appointment a week later.
Pretty sick of this office to be honest. Getting meds refilled is always such a hassle. And their main provider not knowing the sides effects or anything important about the meds before prescribing them is concerning.
Great Service
I had a rough experience with my first appointment here (with Esme). I was told the doctor gets in at 9 am and the first appointments available are at 9:30 am. I scheduled for 9:30 and arrive 10 minutes early to give time for paperwork. At 9:30 I was taken back and told that the doctor is running late and they’ll let me know when they get in. Elisa has tried to prescribe me medication that would cause severe side effects with medication interactions, but wrote it off as "rare", even though drugs.com explicitly says "severe side effects may occur". Every psychiatrist at UVU has sent me into Serotonin syndrome because no one cares to check interactions, and one time I almost died. That's not a joke.
