They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! Tomaselli is fast and efficient. He is what I like to call a "bone cruncher", so if you are too tender or delicate, you might want to beware. (note: He also adjusts horses!) I kinda like all the snap-crackle-and pop. He does a super job on my hips, back and extremities, but not as well on my neck.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I will absolutely return.
