I'm very disappointed in our newspaper. This poor family went through a traumatic event and it was painted in a horrific, unhumane light. We read headline after headline and rant after rant about how horrible our community and school district is. This is how it is portrayed by our Uvalde Leader News these days; I long for the days of a supportive, community-driven, child-friendly, and forever Loyal and True newspaper that had the backs of our schools, community, and everyone around her...
