I am deeply concerned about the additional charges imposed on tenants for basic portal access to essential services such as lease agreements, maintenance requests, and pet applications. These services are traditionally included in standard rental agreements and should not come with extra fees. I find these practices to be both unethical and unlawful. I request a full refund of the unused benefit package charges and immediate corrective action regarding tenant portal fees
Horrible communication and client service from Abigail Lea!! The rental application is not user-friendly, the house was not even listed in the property search. We waited for a full week for the owner's approval. It was not even 24 hours since we received the email app approved and, while waiting for the lease agreement and spending $210 on the fee application, she had already drafted a lease for other applicants.
