Horrible management from main office at Palms. Its been a year since I moved out from my apartment and they haven't given me my deposit back. I've pressuring them for months now and they just give me run around and excuses and not a solid solution, they said there are no documentation from legacy tenants as myself. I moved out in July and it’s now the end of September and have not received my security deposit back. The manager at the palms (the main office) first told me that the owner from Mexico had and emergency with his properties over there after the 30 days expired, went back a couple of weeks and now she is saying he had surgery and is not back yet. She is giving me the run around and I’ll have to take some sort is legal action because they are just taking advantage of college students who are desperate to live near campus.

Since the new owners came to get this apartments the apartments have been going downhill, lots of dogs and noise, weed smell everywhere, horrible neighbors and the landlord does not care! We have submitted multiple complains and they won't do anything! Does anyone know where could we complain about the landlords?
