Anna did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I was so happy. I needed an updo that covered my ears and heavy yet somewhat natural make up. A lot to ask, I know. She killed it. Couldn't thank her enough. She also promised my hair wouldn't fall out at all (even the way I had it) and it definitely didn't budge. Truly grateful I felt good on my big day. Bought my girlfriend a stone massage for Valentine's Day. When she went there and they burned her back so much it blistered. I understand that things happen, but then treatment afterward was almost like they thought it was my girlfriend's fault. They refunded the money after she insisted. She was told that they usually don't give refunds. Did they really think she wanted to go back for another massage? I understand that policy, but the burned her back.
