I visited Utopia, Hawley today for the first time for a facial & it was absolutely FANTASTICAL! The arrival and departure process at reception with MICHELLE was smooth and easy. In fact, it was so seamless that I didn't even have a chance to get her name. I had to call back later to ask for it so I could include her in this review. Had a massage with Joanne last week. She was amazing! One of the best massages I ever had in my life. She is also very sweet and kind. Definitely planning to be back!
I really like this place all the workers are very nice and do an amazing job I love my hair cut. They also play the best music lol my favorite they played while I was there was Hey There Delilah.
Saw Tina for a massage. She was awesome! Scheduled another massage before I left so that I can have her massage me again. Utopia is lucky to have her as part of their team!
