I started with Utopia at the beginning of this year. I am bedbound. I have 2 shifts per day, 7 days a week. I needed a lot of hours filled. They worked hard to find aides to staff my shifts! I have had a wonderful experience with UTOPIAS from the first day I called! I called on a Saturday. A supervisor called back in less than 2 hours to answer questions. Saying to a parent of a child/adult child with specific need of help from others, instead of themselves, that You Understand?? Nothing Changes. Then, Nothing Changes. While One may Think saying such a statement, to a Family You Don't Know, is nice? It's Not. It Truly States, Who Wrote Back to This Parent, is Not For to Serve Others who cannot help Themselves. Just the history of, ?? What, what was the name of That Place that said... ??
