Great service and no wait time. My son was seen by Roxanne, NP and I appreciated her thoroughness and explanation about her assessment. The ancillary staff was also great and made my son feel as comfortable as possible. He was back to feeling better in no time. Will definitely be coming back to this urgent care in the future.
Thank you so much, Provider Morales, for taking such great care of my daughter! She was able to safely remove the rock from her ear and made my daughter feel so comfortable and calm the whole time. As a parent, that meant so much to me. We also had little to no wait, which made the visit even better. I’m very grateful for the kindness, patience, and care she showed us. Thank you again for making what could have been a scary visit so much easier for my daughter.
Brought our FOUR MONTH OLD in for COVID. The NP we saw today spoke over us and didn't have good bedside manner AT ALL. She told us multiple times how our experience at the ER was normal and if we only waited less than 3 hours we are lucky(she works at the ER we had already been to). Our complaints about the ER visit had nothing to do with her so her commentary wasn't needed nor wanted. Great staff and so fast! I came in with a cut that needed stitches, and they took care of me with such care and professionalism. They made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I really appreciate how kind and attentive everyone was. I highly recommend all the doctors and staff at this place!
My Husband had to be seen immediately and we had no issues getting in. We walked in, checked in and was seen right away. The staff and Doctors were prompt and professional.
