Love the medical staff. The billing and estimates departments are terrible. They tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for a flu and strep test stating it wasn't covered by insurance. I found out with my dad in the hospital. I called the billing departmen and they told me to call my Insurance. I was then stuck in ping pong calling between UTMB and my insurance, neither wanting to claim fault and blaming the other. This went on for months until UTMB dropped the claim. A beautiful center all the Nurses are friendly and know their job. I appreciate them. Throughout my pregnancy, I didn't experience any negative energy. I recommend this place to any pregnant woman you won't regret.
