The medical staff is great, but the customer service is HORRIBLE! They keep sending me a bill, but have not billed my insurance company. I called the billing department and was on hold for about 10 minutes or so and finally got a message that said to leave my name and number and someone would call me back within 24 hours. I did that. The next day, I get an automated call that said something like, "If you still require assistance, call us back at ..." Don't recommend coming to this location because the receptionist told me they don't do Wellness Exams.
