These are some rude ass ppl that work here I was here before my kids appointment and they put me last and let everyone go in front of me I think it's bullshit and on top of that that heavyset lady with the glasses she always give me problems Everytime I go there so yes they lost my business
What a horrible customer service ! For this practice to be a pediatric one I think the staff should be more friendly and at least say hi to you when you come in? I came on October 24th , a blonde lady and brunette lady were at the front , talking and not even pay attention I was in the office , the blonde lady was simply rude !!!!! She was on her phone , when leaving the office not even a good bye !! Dr Elam is the best, she is our Dr. But we have seen other Dr's also Dr Herrington is awesome too. This is a very good place absolutely love it. Can't say enough good about them all.
