I’ve been bringing my children to this pediatric office for years, and honestly, the main reason we have continued coming here is because of Miss Amy. She has always been wonderful with my children, and we truly appreciate the care she provides. Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk has become horrible. Visited this place on August 5th, 2026 and the two workers in the front desk look tired and disinterested, specially the one on red uniform who had an attitude and didn't bother to check on my insurance updates. This worker's need to realize that thanks to their costumers they can get a decent paycheck and they need to be respectful. I don't depend on medicaid, my daughter has been a costumer for 16 years here with doctor Lucy Ryan,I have the best ppo insurance coverage and they treated me like I am begging for free services... read more
I have brought all of my nieces to this location and today's visit with Dr.Wagner was the best, most professional experience. Dr.Wagner is AWESOME and took her time with my niece!! Thank you for caring Dr.Wagner!!! Amy is also AWESOME!!
These doctors are unprofessional. I’ll never ever bring my children here again. They instigated a very personal situation for a family matter that had nothing to do with them. I’m uncomfortable with bringing my children back here for how they handled a particular situation that could be detrimental.
