I encountered a highly unsatisfactory customer service experience today. The representative repeatedly interrupted me, preventing me from explaining that a payment had been made and the remaining balance was being processed. At one point, the representative even raised their voice. If this level of customer interaction is deemed acceptable, a reevaluation of current practices is imperative.
Trying to use the online system is TORTURE. It is awful and impossible.
I’ve never had any issue with utilities Kingston - their credit and collections department is fair and they truly serve the customer. They helped me when my bank refused to help me, if you have any issues with utilities Kingston just know they will do their best to help you and they are staffed with great people.
