Disconnected Without Warning – No Notice, No Accountability I am a homeowner and account holder with Kingston Utilities and experienced a deeply concerning failure in their customer service and disconnection procedures. My water service was disconnected without any prior notice. When I inquired, the customer relations department confirmed that: No disconnection notice was mailed to my home address. Failed to contact primary owner/name on our account to let us know that gas was shut off due to valve maintenance/change. Resulting in 3,000$ in damages to the home throughout the winter. They took no responsibility. We are now making claim with the city to reclaim money for damages. Terrible execution and professionalism.
December 28th our water heater had a problem. David was our service technician was amazing. Quickly figured out the problem, gave us options, fixed the problem. Everything was fixed in less than an hour. David was awesome.
