Constant power outages, no help from anyone because they don't care about the service they give. It would be better with your own solar panel than with this company
Something seriously needs to be done about utility Kingston. The government of Canada needs to intervene at this point. You simply cannot treat customers like this from the customer service to their actual service delivery is absolute garbage and unfair to paying customers. How is this type of service delivery even legal blows my mind!
No one can do anything at this place. Don't bother calling for ANYTING just head straight over to the website. They should go ahead and fire all customer service staff. They aren't needed as they can do NOTHING for anyone. AI replace.
They have a monopoly and don't care. Garbage customer service.
