I find the supervisors in the credit department extremely rude. Uncaring and condescending. I made the payment 2 days prior to the due date, my bank had processed it yet They have not received it yet as the bank says it takes 1 to 3 banking days after processing and they or threatening to cut my water off over $200 that I paid 2 days prior to the due date. The workers themselves are excellent. Every time I’ve interacted with them, they’ve been professional, helpful, and sometimes even gone above and beyond. No one can do anything at this place. Don't bother calling for ANYTHING just head straight over to the website. They should go ahead and fire all customer service staff. They aren't needed as they can do NOTHING for anyone. AI replace.
Constant power outages, no help from anyone because they don't care about the service they give. It would be better with your own solar panel than with this company
