Bought my first kilt in September and I absolutely love it. I've never had a bad experience in the store and when I was looking for kilts over Christmas and couldn't come to the store, one of the workers took pictures of the ones he had in Stock so I could see the colors. My ONLY complaint is I wish the website would have all of the up to date colors for all of their kilts. I would love to be able to see them all online so I can show other people who don't live in washington what they look like.

Utilikilts rocks. There was a problem with my order, and though it took a while to sort out, they went above and beyond to make things right. Special thanks to Julie and Nathan.
Placed an order August 16. It's now December 7, with no word from the company. They charged my credit card August 23. They have stopped responding to inquiries. Pretty sad, as they made a good product. Too bad their customer service really has fallen to the level of sucking.
I love my utilikilt but my biggest issue with ordering this product online is that you never know how long the product will take to make and ship until after you have placed your order. I ordered a a black pinstripe utilkilt and thought I would get the usual 30 days to ship but then I get an email confirmation saying that this item is back ordered for 60 days!!! I have no idea why they can't let you know actual lead times at time of ordering. I am tall so have to order the 24.5 length and I figure that they do not keep these... read more
