I ordered my Utilikilt by phone last Friday (a Workman) and received it here in central PA one week later. The first thing that impressed me was the weight of the material used and the workmanship of the stitching. The hardware is solid and the pockets are generous. Bought my first kilt in September and I absolutely love it. I've never had a bad experience in the store and when I was looking for kilts over Christmas and couldn't come to the store, one of the workers took pictures of the ones he had in Stock so I could see the colors. My ONLY complaint is I wish the website would have all of the up to date colors for all of their kilts. I would love to be able to see them all online so I can show other people who don't live in washington what they look like.

Utilikilts rocks. There was a problem with my order, and though it took a while to sort out, they went above and beyond to make things right. Special thanks to Julie and Nathan.
Placed an order August 16. It's now December 7, with no word from the company. They charged my credit card August 23. They have stopped responding to inquiries. Pretty sad, as they made a good product. Too bad their customer service really has fallen to the level of sucking.
