Got my fiancée her engagement ring here. Utigers did an excellent job.
We came in to sell a pair of white gold earrings. the gentleman running the store looked at them didn’t bother to test them to make sure they were real gold and proceeded to throw the earrings on the counter rather than handing them to us. We ended up going to Beall Jewelers right next door and sold the earrings to them. Super rude.
Had such a great experience with this jewelry store I had to give a review. Opens early, got a new watch battery while I waited and was very reasonable. Chatted with the owner and learned it has been a family business for many years. They also fixed a broken chain within a week. Very happy with service and prices and will be back!
Brought in a few watches that needed new batteries. Super friendly and fast service and very reasonable prices. I will definitely use this jeweler again!
