Polite welcoming staff. Doctor and nurse did a great job.

I was very pleased with level of care while hospitalized at Bailey hospital
The office staff is terrible. I would not deal with this doctor if you need help with short term disability paperwork or even copies of your own records. Also in my experience none of the staff return phone calls. The nurse and office staff ignored me after my total knee replacement. I had to physically walk in the office and stand at the desk to get questions answered and paperwork filled out. RIDICULOUS.
