Don’t get me wrong the providers are AMAZING but whoever the short blonde is(I’m assuming some type of administrator) I believe her name is Kristie or Misty (maybe?) is super rude to her staff and even admitted she didn’t know how to do the things she was expecting her staff to do. On her cellphone constantly, yelling patient information from her office to the ladies up front. I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism.

Everyone from the first time I contacted them for my first appts has been so nice.
I wouldn't go any other place, but here I just wish they spent a little more time and just a little bit more friendlier, but this place is good. They know what they're doing, they're helpful and our whole family goes there and we will refer anybody that needs a doctor to go there. They are good. They are very good. When they tell you to get there 30 minutes early its for 4 pages of ppw and you absolutely will wait until after your appointment time. 'Well we are understaffed' 'there are other providers here'. So if you get there 30 minutes early like they ask be prepared to wait for the FULL 30 minutes AND more time after that. Front desk old lady rude. Just got tired of waiting and left.
