There is a front desk attendant named Carmen. I remember because that is my mother's name. Any time I speak with her, she hangs up on me mid-sentence, even after I ask to speak with somebody else. It has come to a point where I call and ask to talk to anybody but her because she is unhelpful and hangs up on me instead of transferring me.
Very pleased with the care and attention of Dr. Cea and her staff.
I have been with Dr. Cea and her staff for several years, She is very helpful and listens to what you tell her about your health complications, finding the right medications and/or therapy that you might need, if it isn't working for you, just talk to her about it and she will make some adjustments to help you feel better and heal from what is making your poor health situation.
