The doctors, nurses, and technicians at Lovelace are outstanding. My only concern is that they leave too often and Lovelace needs to pay them or treat them better. My real complaint with Lovelace is with Ardent their billing system and the administrative staff. The admin staff is rude, harmful to patients. I paid a copay of $300 for a PetScan and the hospital rescheduled it. When I showed up the intake staff chewed me out and said that I had not paid when I paid for the money the month prior. After an hour and 45 minutes waiting in pain and told the lady at the desk I was in pain when I walked in! I left looking for a dr not a waiting room. I feel sorry for your patients if this is the service you provide!
Arrived at 9:30 for a 9;45 appt/ at !!:!) I asked was was the hold up? Was tod I was next 20 minutes later I left. Poor excuse for a Drs Office!
I had an accidental overdose of one of my prescribed medications--misunderstood how much I was supposed to take--and the nurses treated me like a drug addict. When one came in to help me walk to the bathroom with a walker, he glared at me and told me angrily: "You better not fall, because I don't want to do paperwork." Dr new bro did a great job on me but his assistant Kelsey really screwed me up. She should be fired. I told her that she couldn't put any more liquid into my breast to stretch it for the implant because I could see right through the skin and she would burst my breast. She just rolled her eyes and jam the needle in. I wish that I had set up and told her no. Sure enough, the next morning when I got up my breast had burst. Not Dr new bro's fault. I have to say, my shoulder was very bad. Dr Treat did a shoulder reversal on it and 3 months later I have full range of motion. Dr Treat is one of the best Dr's you will ever find in oklahoma and the staff are very caring and wonderful. Thank you Dr Treat Sincerely G. de Shaw
We saw Dr. Bergquist only once and that was in the hospital. He has not talked with Us since. My wife had Septicemia and multiple liver abscesses. She still has one abscess and his nurse called to tell her to stop the antibiotics. Antibiotics are never stopped before an abscess in the liver has resolved. Thank God we have an infectious disease physician that is doing the antibiotic care and told Us no antibiotics are discontinued until a CT scan indicates all infection is resolved. Provider Anthony Marchelli is amazing! I dislike going to any healthcare facility and was completely surprised and relieved to have an excellent experience with Tony, Natasha and Next Care. Tony made me feel like the care I received and I mattered, treated my sinus infection - making sure I was aware of all my options and referred me for an X-ray for another condition that wasn’t treatable in the urgent care setting. Urology clinic has a Dr. R. Williams. My girlfriend had surgery this morning at around 10:00. 2 10 2025. She began experiencing fairly severe pain around 2 today. I spent over 2 hrs on phone just trying to reach someone. I was hung up on, told urology had no phone #. I talked with multiple customer service folks. No one would give me the hospital administrators ph #. I don't know about the rest of this hospital but I would strongly suggest to avoid, avoid and avoid Dr. Williams and the urology dept!
