I have visited Utica Coffee time and time again. It’s become a daily stop. Today their Barista Emma has earned a shoutout. She has such a great memory and an outstanding performance in customer service! She remembered my usual drink and had it ready for me just before I reached the counter to order. Be sure to give her a high five the next time you come in for your morning or afternoon cup! She is a rockstar and will make your drink to your perfection!
My husband and I make a point to stop for coffee when we are out shopping. The coffee and service are always top notch. Until last weekend. We stopped late in the afternoon on Saturday. There was hardly any customers. 2 tables with folks and one woman in line ahead of me. 4 young folks were behind the counter. Great spot to grab a scone and coffee. Friendly staff and great parking. Hope to be back to sit outside
The peanut butter cup is phenomenal! I got it in the K-Cup grind and had it shipped. The people are also amazing.
