My son, Matt, and I stopped in on opening day and were pleasantly surprised with your shop. We purchased a loaf of your sourdough and a loaf of walnut raisin. Both breads were soooo delicious. Nice and crusty on the outside and tender and full of flavor on the inside. I just had the walnut raisin toasted with a smear of butter along with my morning coffee today. Absolutely mouthwatering. Went to Utica Bread and was disappointed with the brownie, and for a bakery where were the bake goods. They didn't even have wheat bread. I would not go back. There's many other bakeries that have plenty of back goods and wheat bread. You should have been prepared for this. I was at the bakery at 9;30 a.m. and no wheat bread. I drove all the way from Frankfort , what a waste of time and gas.

Absolutely superb. Stopped in today with my 4 kids and we all loved it! Everything we tried was amazing: sandwiches, juices, salads and more. Kids just loved the brown butter cookies. Fantastic artisan breads. In fact we ripped and ate the Parisian all the way home.
